Due to the ongoing COVID Pandemic, ILR has had to make temporary changes to the way that it provides programs and services for the safety of staff and consumers. We are evaluating our policies continuously during this time and make changes based on the advice of the medical community, Wisconsin DHS and the CDC.

Current updates:

  • All ILR offices are open and providing services. However, our buildings are closed to the general public. Please contact ILR by phone (608-787-1111), email (advocacy@ilresources.org) or via our website if you are need of information or services.

  • ILR’s Assistive Technology program is operating, as well as our donation program for durable medical equipment. Please call ahead prior to dropping off donations so that arrangements can be made.

RAVE Recovery Avenue:

The Drop In  Center is open limited hours and has a goal of returning to 9 - 5 Mon - Fri in May.

  • Phone support from a RAVE Peer Specialist will be available Monday through Friday, 9:30 am through 3:30 pm. The Peer Specialist can be reached at 608-785-9615. (Please note: This phone line is not monitored after hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
