ILR provides accurate and confidential housing information to people with disabilities, landlords, developers and other service providers. ILR maintains up-to-date and accurate resources by collaborating with other agencies and making this information available to you. Resource topics include:

• Accessibility modifications
• Mediation
• Homeownership counseling

ILR does not own, rent, lease or find apartments and homes for people. We can, however, provide the resources needed so that an individual knows what is available and what their options are.
